Refund policy
Artomatic Trillionaire creates and curates rare, high-value artworks and exclusive designs for discerning clientele. Due to the bespoke and collectible nature of our offerings, all sales are subject to the following policy:
1. All Sales Are Final
Once a purchase or commission agreement has been executed and payment has been made in part or in full, the sale is considered final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be provided except in cases where required by applicable law.
2. Exceptions for Significant Misrepresentation
If the artwork or design you receive is substantially different from its documented description, you may submit a written claim for review within seven (7) calendar days of delivery. Supporting evidence, including photographs and provenance documentation, must accompany the claim. Claims made after this period will not be considered.
3. Condition Upon Delivery
All artworks are inspected, photographed, and documented before secure shipment. Upon delivery, you are required to examine the item immediately and report any visible damage or irregularities within 48 hours. Reports must be sent to info@artomatictrillionaire.com along with supporting evidence.
4. Commissioned Works
All deposits for commissioned artworks are non-refundable. Once work begins, the client is contractually obligated to complete the purchase unless Artomatic Trillionaire fails to deliver the agreed design specifications as documented in the commission agreement.
5. Shipping, Insurance, and Risk of Loss
All shipments are fully insured until delivery is confirmed. Risk of loss passes to you upon confirmed receipt. We use trusted, discreet logistics partners with insured, white-glove delivery services.
6. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved under the exceptions outlined above, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Refunds may take up to 30 business days to process depending on financial institution requirements and verification procedures.
7. Client Confidentiality
All claims and refunds are handled with strict confidentiality. We will never disclose client identities, transaction amounts, or purchase details without written consent, except where legally required.
8. Legal Compliance
This policy operates in compliance with applicable consumer protection laws, anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, and “Know Your Customer” (KYC) requirements for high-value transactions.
